The Basics:
Specialty Vendor Booth Options
$130 for (1) 10x10ft vendor booth, single day (Saturday or Sunday)
$230 for (1) 10x10ft vendor booth, both days
$235 for (1) 20x10ft vendor booth, single day (Saturday or Sunday)
$410 for (1) 20x10ft vendor booth, both days
Applications will be reviewed & notified within 3 weeks. Once accepted, payment is due within 48 hours.
Food + Drink Vendors

What are we looking for?
717 Vintage Fest is a curated vintage vendor market featuring highly curated clothing, accessories, home decor & more for all genders, all ages, and from all decades. We’re also looking for select food/drink & limited specialty vendors to enhance the environment of 717 Vintage Fest. We are looking for vendors who have a cohesive, curated brand that features a strong point of view, are active on social media, and are committed to Fest promotion.
Examples of specialty vendors that would enhance the vintage vendors: up-cycled vintage & secondhand products, plants, tattoos, piercings, tarot, custom embroidery, tailoring, etc., plus a limited quantity of vintage inspired handmade and sustainable goods.
More Details:
Payments are non-refundable (including inclement weather and individual illness related cancellations). Partial refunds will be considered if the event is cancelled due unforeseen circumstances.
One vendor per booth space. (Vendors are welcome to style their booths with a requested neighboring vendor, if possible, but each businesses must apply individually.)
Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, & displays. Rentable options are available through the venue.
Access to electricity is optional for an additional fee.
The venue provides password protected wifi that will be reserved for vendors only.
We recommend that your business complies with local tax regulations by registering your business, collecting sales tax, and reporting and remitting sales tax.
Vendors are expected to share & market the event to their audience (social media, in store, word of mouth, etc)
Public Health Policy - We will be following all official guidelines & mandates that include masking, social distancing, cleaning protocol, and capacity requirements. Because this is an indoor event, if it is advised at the time, we will require all attendees & vendors to be masked.
