The Basics:
Vendor fees for both Saturday & Sunday:
$210 for (1) 10x10ft booth space
$380 for (1) 20x10ft booth space (that’s a 20% discount on the 2nd booth!)
$560 for (1) 30x10ft booth space (that’s a 33% discount on the third booth!)
Vendor fees for Saturday Only or Sunday Only:
$120 for (1) 10x10ft booth space
$215 for (1) 20x10 booth space (that’s a 20% discount on the second booth!)
* If you would like to use electricity or rent tables and chairs, you will be able to do for for an additional fee.
Applications will be reviewed & notified within 3 weeks. Once accepted, payment is due within 48 hours.
What are we looking for?
717 Vintage Fest is a curated vintage vendor market featuring curated clothing, accessories, home decor & more for all genders, all ages, and from all decades. We are looking for vendors who have a cohesive, curated collection/brand that features a strong point of view, are active on social media, and are committed to Fest promotion. All applicants will be juried to ensure that the market is full of quality & variety.
We do NOT accept direct sales/MLM, mass produced items, imports, yard sale items, or modern handmade. All applicants will be juried to ensure that the market is full of quality & variety.
**If you are looking to join 717 Vintage Fest as a specialty vendor, please fill out THIS FORM. (examples of specialty vendors that would enhance the vintage vendors: up-cycled vintage & secondhand products, plants, tattoos, piercings, tarot, custom embroidery, tailoring, vintage inspired handmade products, etc.)
More Details:
Payments are non-refundable (including inclement weather and individual illness related cancellations). Partial refunds will be considered if the event is cancelled due unforeseen circumstances.
One vendor per booth space. (Vendors are welcome to style their booths with a requested neighboring vendor, if possible, but each businesses must apply individually.)
Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, & displays. Rentable options are available through the venue.
Access to electricity is optional for an additional fee.
The venue provides password protected wifi that will be reserved for vendors only.
We recommend that your business complies with local tax regulations by registering your business, collecting sales tax, and reporting and remitting sales tax.
Vendors are expected to share & market the event to their audience (social media, in store, word of mouth, etc)
Public Health Policy - We will be following all official guidelines & mandates that include masking, social distancing, cleaning protocol, and capacity requirements. Because this is an indoor event, if it is advised at the time, we will require all attendees & vendors to be masked.
